Analyst/Sr Analyst/Specialist - Forecasting/Operations Research (3-7 yrs)

This is Apoorva From Recruise India Consulting, this is regarding a job opening with US Based Organization for the Role of Analyst/Sr.Analyst: Forecasting

Roles & Responsibilities:

Delivery:

- Build & maintain demand forecasting models for the products entrusted, and own the process;

Apply statistical techniques and identify key business drivers & trends for accurate forecasting.

- Regular interaction with US partners on understanding business problems and providing analytical insights to make data-driven decision making;

Analyze data to answer ‘why’ behind a trend and recommend informed capacity planning decisions.

Skill Set:

- Ability to take logical decision as forecasting needs both Art and Science approach

- Proficient in verbal and written communication

- Sound knowledge of Analytical techniques – ARIMA, Regression, Optimization

- SAS Knowledge and hands-on experience in Demand / Load Forecasting is preferable

Experience & Qualifications:

- Masters in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research / Statistics / Econometrics / Mathematics / MBA with quantitative courses from good institutes.

- 3-7 years of experience in Analytics industry, preferably in Operations analytics domain
