Analyst/Sr Analyst - Research - BPO

Description:

- The role supports ad hoc inquiries and research projects and tracks all inquiries. The successful candidate will have significant ITO or BPO experience, strong English writing and speaking skills, extensive experience in performing secondary research, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

The Research Analyst works as part of a global, virtual team, with a strong emphasis on collaborating with others in all aspects of the job.

- Maintain a listing of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to submit inquiries to for various service domains, geographies, industry verticals, etc.

- Conduct secondary research, where internal expertise does not exist.

- Support on custom research projects.

- Market Intelligence, market sizing, competitive intelligence, IT Market trends
Requirements:

- Experience in business or IT outsourcing and research.

- B.A. or B.S. minimum, MBA or M.S. preferred.

- Demonstrated secondary research experience, with primary research skills a bonus

- Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills.

- The ability to extract meaningful information, form and test hypothesis and formulate a point of view based on interviewing internal and external experts, analyzing available data and filling gaps with secondary research.
