Role: Analyst/ Senior Analyst/ Asst. Manager

Description:

- The role supports ad hoc inquiries and research projects and tracks all inquiries.

- The successful candidate will have significant ITO or BPO experience, strong English writing and speaking skills, extensive experience in performing secondary research, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- The Research Analyst works as part of a global, virtual team, with a strong emphasis on collaborating with others in all aspects of the job.

- Conduct secondary research, where internal expertise does not exist.

- Support on custom research projects.

- Market Intelligence, market sizing, competitive intelligence, IT Market trends

Requirements:

- Experience in business or IT outsourcing and research.

- B.A. or B.S. minimum, MBA or M.S. preferred.

- Demonstrated secondary research experience, with primary research skills a bonus

- Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills.

- The ability to extract meaningful information, form and test hypothesis and formulate a point of view based on interviewing internal and external experts, analyzing available data and filling gaps with secondary research.
