Consultant - Secondary Research - KPO

We are looking for analysts with core and relevant secondary research experience from a KPO. This is a presently a work from home opportunity.

Capabilities :

1. You have worked on different business research projects, including company profiles, strategy deep dives, competitive landscape analysis, market trend and sizing analysis, etc.

2. You have handled either full projects or major sections on detailed/long projects

3. You bring excellent research skills, are able to find relevant data and information from detailed searches, and can paraphrase and create a logic story and presentation

4. Preferable experience or understanding of ICT sector and areas like data center, cloud, managed services, unified communications, enterprise security, etc.

5. You are comfortable with financial numbers and can correctly compute operating margins, EBITDA, debt/equity ratios, etc.

6. Brings excellent English to deliver structured and client-ready presentations

7. Proficiency across PPT, Excel and Word

8. You are a sharp and learning individual who can start performing quickly

2. This business research sets the foundation for the sales team to best understand their largest clients, their business performance and strategy, technology context, and the market situation

3. The business research outcomes are used by the client teams to bid on projects, fashion conversations, and ensure that they have a winning approach to business.

4. Additional ad hoc research including executive briefs, topical research, partner profiles and other work in support of their GTM and sales strategy
