Analyst/Senior Analyst - Research - Government & Public Sector

We are hiring for a leading KPO organization based at Hyderabad

Position : Analyst /Sr Research Analyst - Govt &Public Sector

Experience : 2-4 yrs with PG in Economics, Public Policy/ MBA/PG (Full Time)

- Familiarity with government policies, agenda, and interaction with private sector in various sectors within GPS such as Health & Social Care, Smart Cities, Mobility, Digital Transformation, Security and Justice, Developmental Aid, Public Infrastructure, etc.

- Familiarity with industry regulatory structure and regulations

Role & Responsibilities :

- Familiarity and understanding of Govt &Public Sector industry related terms

- Respond to ad hoc requests from GPS stakeholders and support them with research and analysis requirements that includes issue-based analysis

- Extract the most relevant information answering the research needs from the relevant databases. Learn and apply established research tools and methodologies to develop innovative research ideas.

- Liaise with colleagues from Deloitte offices spread across the globe and stakeholders to understand, refine, and manage project expectations and priorities

- Perform end-to-end project management including work delegation, quality reviews, and stakeholder communication

- Extract the most relevant information answering the research needs from the relevant databases

- Conduct comprehensive research using secondary research sources and techniques

- Conduct In-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis by connecting various pieces of information

- Financial analysis, and strategic frameworks are used extensively in the team's output.

- Perform end-to-end project management including work delegation, quality reviews, and stakeholder communication

- Extract the most relevant information answering the research needs from the relevant databases. Learn and apply established research tools and methodologies to develop innovative research ideas.

- Support in designing research proposal and formulating research plan through scoping.

- Solid research skills and familiarity with various research tool
