Analyst/Senior Analyst - Legal Entity Control - Investment Management Firm - CA

We are looking for Chartered Accountants who have exp working in BIG 4 or similar stature firms or who have articleship exp from BIG 4 or similar stature accounting firms

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience:

- Either Articleship from BIG 4 / similar stature firms

OR

- 0-2 yrs exp from BIG 4 / similar stature firms

Education: CA (1st or 2nd Attempt only)

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file U.S. GAAP based financial statements

- Maintain the books and records

- Review Financial information to be included in various regulatory reports

- Perform technical accounting analysis with respect to mergers and acquisitions, structured debt, leases etc.

- Liaise with U.S.based asset managers, treasury and tax teams

- Prepare various management and investor reports

- Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of external audits.
