Analyst/Senior Analyst - Legal/Commercial Contracts - IT/Energy Domain - Investment Banking - LLB/LLM (1-6 yrs)

Position: Legal Analyst/Senior Analyst
Exp : 1 to 6 years
Job Location - Hyderabad
Qualification - LLB / LLM from Premier Institutes
Good to have experience in IT contracts or Energy Domain.
The ideal candidate should have bachelors in law from a premier institute, A masters degree in law from Premier institute would be preferred. The candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of exp in legal profession post the qualifying exam.
Required Skills :
- The candidate should have strong experience in managing Commercial contract.
- The candidate should have strong experience in Reviewing Commercial contract
- The candidate should have strong experience in corresponding with counter-parties
- The candidate should have strong experience in Negotiating agreements
- The candidate should have strong experience in devising process related to contract review.
- The candidate should have proven aptitude in drafting contract.
- The candidate should have good legal research skills.
- The candidate should be able to take accountability of contract review process
- The candidate should have the ability to assist the team with followup and execution process.
- The candidate should have the ability to present confidently to management on legal concepts
- The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication command over the English language
