Job Title: - Research Analyst/Senior Research Analyst/Lead Analyst (Internet /Software/Technology) Role: - Equity Research Location: - Pune Job Duties: - Support equity research analyst of a US based sell side research firm tracking the Internet sector. - Build end to end financial models for initiating coverage; update models for earnings and events - Contribute to initiation notes, earnings notes and other notes - Contribute to think pieces like white papers and thematic reports - Search and aggregation related to sector and companies - Provide data and analysis based on various client requests - Build and update sector databases - Produce collateral material to illustrate Research offerings to clients and prospective clients - Stay up to date on current Compliance policies and adheres to all Compliance, Research objectivity, COBE, Firewall and other policies and procedures. Competencies: - Keen understanding of financial analysis - Ability to write research reports - Excellent client management and communication - Ability to think and work independently - Strong time management skills Qualification: - MBA (Finance) from reputed institute / CA / CPA. - Progress towards CFA (US) would be preferred
