Analyst/Senior Analyst - Human Resources Vertical - BFSI/BPO/FMCG

Designation: Analyst/Senior Analyst (4-7 Years) Mumbai

Knowledge, Skills and abilities : 

- 4-6 years experience in a role that required a high degree of analysis and reporting of complex data sets

- 4-6 years experience summarizing large data sets and preparing presentations on the data for senior management

- 2-4 years of experience in Advanced Excel, SQL and VBA Macros

- A good intuitive feel for numbers, analytical, and ability to quickly spot an error

- Ability to understand business scenarios and model it for budget, forecast, and other ad-hoc analysis

- MBA or graduate degree

- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and speaking regularly to colleagues overseas

- Experience working with HR data

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with local HR and LOB's

- Prepare analysis/presentations for senior management, e.g.: HR Dashboards (weekly, monthly,fortnightly), FPNA Dashboards, MoM Variance analysis, Actual v/s budget analysis

- Providing analytical support to various stakeholder like COO, Head of HR, local HR teams, cost center owner's on decisions

- Special projects
