Professionals with 3-7 Years of experience at Analyst & Sr. Analyst level

- Experience in HR Analytics

- SAS Programming, TABLEAU in a global environment handling more than 2 geographies is must

- Hands on experience in working on Analytics & Reporting in BPO/KPO setup, consulting or shared services.

Job Description:

- Generating SAP HR reports

- Generating SAS reports

- Identifying opportunities to automate / streamline reports

- Generating Surveys using tools
