Analyst/Senior Analyst - HR Operation for UK region


- Need candidates having knowledge of UK Service delivery

- Handling UK contractors, on boarding and exit formalities.

- Excellent in communication

- Knowledge in SAP

- Preferred to know German/French language

- Senior Analyst -4+ years

- Analyst - 2+ years

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2pm to 11pm

Designation: HR Operations Management (Analyst/Sr. Analyst)

Kindly note that the designation will be provided depending on your experience-

Job role:

- Arranging and scheduling Interviews for associates in Deloitte UK

- Drafting of Offer and contract Letter

- Working on Background investigation

- Onboarding process

- Extension and Termination

- Invoice management

- Filing and other general administration processes. Provide a customer focused experience through timely and accurate completion of queries and activities, such as references, contract updates and letter production

- Ensuring all SAP (HR system) related actions or updates are completed accurately in time for payroll deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines. Deliver services ensuring service level agreements are met

- Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure

- Escalate more complex queries to the UK Transactional Services team (as detailed in the escalation process)

- Stay up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments

- Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation

- Liaison with other external vendors/agencies and other shared services organization teams as appropriate
