Analyst/Senior Analyst - Finance Team - PE Firm (2-6 yrs)
Analyst/ Senior Analyst - Large PE firm
Our client is a fast-growing PE firm and is hiring within their Finance team.
KPIs:
1. Preparation of fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
2. Review submissions from fund administrators.
3. Update valuation models and support front office team.
4. Prepare annual Opex and revenue budgets, update forecasts, monitor and report variances monthly.
5. Support tax audits with the external tax preparers and facilitate audits/inquiries with the tax authorities.
6. As a part of treasury function, liquidity management, control bank accounts, setup wires for acquisitions, exits and expense payments, bank reconciliations.
7. Support investment structuring, prepare instructions for incorporating entities as per structuring documents.
8. Carry out investor allocations for transferring ownership in private equity investments to deal-by-deal investors.
Ideal Candidate:
1. MBA/ Master's Degree in Finance or a bachelor's degree with relevant prior experience.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ambitious, proactive, keen to learn and contribute to business performance.
4. Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel.

Location: Delhi NCR (hybrid working).
Since the role supports onshore team, there is a shift. Shift timings: 13:30 to 23:30 (absolute flexibility to leave from office at 6 pm and continue work from home).
