Job Description :

- Campaign and Digital Demand Analyst, EMEA Enterprise Marketing

- You will be a strategic partner to the EMEA Campaign and Digital Demand Team and support them with data and insights across all key programs such as Awareness (Thought Leadership), Lead Generation (New Pipeline as well as X-Sell and Upsell) as well as ABM (including CBM) and Progression (engaging and accelerating existing pipeline).

- Stitch and synthesize data from various sources (Adobe Analytics, SFDC, Hadoop, SQL, ECP,UDA) to drive deeper understanding of marketing impact on the business and deliver robust insights.

- Support data analysis and insights needed for executive presentations, meetings and QBRs

- Build cohesive datasets and report on campaign efficiency to efficiently build/accelerate pipeline and retain business.

- Build dynamic dashboards in power bi that provide valuable insight into the enterprise business and inform business optimizations.

- Balance analyst contractors - train and develop skills of new team members, both in database structure and data presentation to key leaders.

- Build value analysis models to identify areas to reallocate funding to improve return of marketing activities and used to forecast impact of future marketing activities

Skills Required :

- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics or a business analyst role, working with large, differentiated data sets within varying industries preferred.

- BS/BA in statistics, economics, computer science, mathematics or a relevant field. Masters degree preferred.

- Experience working for: a leading technology company, a strategy/management consulting organization, or a corporate marketing department strongly desired.

- Experience in database querying (SQL, Qubole, or Hive).

- Advanced Excel skills

- Fluency in Data Visualization - preferably in Power BI.

- Web Analytics experience

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and run multiple partners.

- Passion for big data and translating said data and trends into significant insights.
