Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for questions and training requests from cross-functional global user base
- Maintain existing system processes, supporting the business and tracking potential system enhancements
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards, including understanding and specifying end-user needs
- Perform regular data audits and cleanup to provide insight into system usage and provide guidance on areas of improvement
- Perform mass uploads of data, working with multiple internal teams to understand implications
- Identify training needs for end user groups, participate in development and delivery of training materials to users
- Participate in the specification, testing, implementation, and rollout of modules and enhancements
- Participate in regular system upgrades including managing testing plans and highlighting risks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Degree with high academic achievement or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a shared services / business environment preferred
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong process skills of follow up and follow through
- Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential information
- Ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams.
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism
- Comprehensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
