Designation: Analyst, Sr. Analyst and Associate

Experience: 1 to 4 years of IB experience

Skills: Due Diligence, financial modelling, valuation, research, and financial analysis.

JD:

- Forecasting and preparing detailed company profiling, pitch books, industry analysis

- Conducting Due diligence of Company's Financial statements

- Regular monitoring of company/Industry activities

- Primarily assist in the execution of transactions

- Market scoping exercises and gathering of data on buyers, potential acquisition targets, and market players for market sounding procedures
