- Reconciliation / 401k - Actuarial with US Pension + Minimum 4 Exams cleared - Actuarial with US Pension - Learning & Organization Development - PMO / Transition Experience - Business Partner experience / Preferable Local Candidate who understands and Speaks Tamil - Communication Skills/Knowledge on Financial Concepts. 1. Complete a variety of tasks as per processes assigned within specified parameters of the client/admin/support team. 2. Responsible for performing various processes like loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, 5500, valuation imports based on the admin/client support team requirement. 3. Functions include - only processing the above-mentioned processes. 4. Delivering the set expectations in terms of key business metrics like "productivity, volume count and quality". 5. Apart from processing, the team member should be able to "Review Process". 6. Ability to accurately process high volume within the specified time frame. 7. Identify the issues/problems related to processes if any and cascade to the respective team lead. Candidate description: Financial analyst requires should possess brief understanding of Financial services industry, specifically focusing on 401(K) plan administration, should be avid learner willing to adapt and work in a team environment. Education and experience: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background - 18 to 36 months - Proven track record of working effectively in flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach - Prior Experience in 401(k) Retirements Plans Loans and Distributions will be an added advantage Skill Requirement: - Good communication skills - Attention to Detail - Good Problem solving and analytical skills - Self-Learner - Basic MS Office knowledge and preference to good working knowledge of Excel - Must be able to adapt the assignments quickly - Flexibility in work culture (Example - She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirement) - Good Knowledge in Reconciliation concepts - Having knowledge in 401(k) Retirements Plans will be added advantage - Having knowledge in 401(k) Retirements Plans Loans and Distributions will be added advantage Behavioral Attributes: - Work independently and in a team environment - Organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment Note: 1.
