Analyst/Senior Analyst - Analytics - IIM/XLRI/ISI (2-5 yrs)
Position : Analyst - Analytics
Qualifications Required
1. Post graduate qualification from top-tier B-school with concentration on marketing, finance, economics or other quantitative field such as statistics or applied econometric.
2. IIM/XLRI/ISI/DSE/JNU Delhi graduate with 2 years of analytic experience is preferred.
3. SAS 9.2,SAS/BASE, SAS/STAT SAS/MACRO & SAS/SQL
Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of analytical experience in CRM / Retail Analytics
- Experience in Retail Analytics, Telecom Analytics, Customer Segmentation using BASE SAS
Duties And Responsibilities :
a) Design & execute predictive CRM analytics & decision science solutions - Unearthing customer behavior patterns and inherent trends using a wide range of tools including, but not limited to, predictive modeling, cluster analysis, decision trees etc aimed at maximizing ROIs for marketing interactions in the Retail Analytics world.
b) Experience in delivering analytics solutions in the retail domain spanning
- Market basket analysis
- Product assortment selection
- Category management etc.
c) Design and execute response, spend and propensity models to drive marketing campaigns
d) Develop approach to determine incremental benefits from campaigns
e) Track, assess and innovate to ensure campaign performance improvement over a period of time.
