Hiring for Research Analyst - Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Time: 11AM-8PM

CTC: 8LPA Upto

Exp: 1-3Yrs

Qulification: Masters with Tier 2 or Tier 1 Colleges(Mandate)

Roles & Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong competence in the following areas:

- Understanding or familiarity with the tax and legal business or other professional services

- Customer service orientation with focus on client needs and tangible outcomes

- Consultative mindset and the ability to advise pursuit teams on relevant content to enhance a proposal

- Enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to deliver a consistent high level of performance

- Exceptional attention to detail, relevancy, authenticity, and accuracy of information gathered; ability to use creative ways to find relevant information when faced with data scarcity; ability to structure, organize and synthesize data quickly with the end-user perspective in mind

- Willing to work in a demanding and results-oriented global business environment with frequently changing priorities

- Collaborative with proven ability to work with and gain support and commitment from others and build relationships

Technical Requirements :

Education: Post-Graduate/MBA degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Commerce or Marketing from a tier 1, 2 business school.

Experience Total: 1 - 3 years

- Demonstrated experience with business research and competitive analysis. Experience with statistical analysis will be an advantage, preferably using statistical tools (like SAS, or SPSS )

- Prior exposure to financial statement analysis such as company income statement, balance sheet and financial KPIs is an advantage

- Advanced working knowledge of business research methodologies, tools and databases such as Intellinet, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, IBIS World, Factiva, and OneSource

- Ability to present research data and analysis in intuitive formats

- Excellent skills in key word and internet searches

- Mastery in Microsoft office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
