Position Details: - Analyst- Research &amp; Advisory - This position will be based out in Mumbai Reports to: - Managing Partner Experience - Minimum Experience: 4 Years plus - Preferred Education: B.Com / Master's in Business Administration in Finance. Possessing a degree of CA/CFA will be an added advantage Candidate with past experience in Financial reporting and NISM certifications will be preferred Objective of the role: - The candidate would be a part of the advisory team which provides various decision based support to the team through various reporting and analytics. The candidate will assist the client acquisition team by preparing portfolio reviews &amp; proposals as per the need of the client . Core Competencies - Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex/competing ideas to all stake holders. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Strong Analytical &amp; Mathematical skills. - Good understanding of financial markets. - Knowledge of Advance Excel and financial modelling. Specific Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Prepare Portfolio reviews &amp; Investment reports proposals as per the requirement of the client. - Assist and coordinate with relationship managers to understand the client requirements. - Accompany relationship managers for sales meeting. - Profile clients appropriately and ensure portfolios advised are in line with client risk appetite. - Coordinate with the Product team for customization of products as per the client need. - Design and strengthen the investment planning process. - Prepare financial analysis across portfolios for the clients after understanding the requirements of clients. - Prepare and present the review reports on investments made.
