Analyst - Record To Report

Key Responsibilities:

- Statutory Audits: Assist in the preparation and execution of statutory audits. Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

- Record to Report (R2R): Manage the end-to-end Record to Report process, including general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

- Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in financial records.

- GFSS Site Leadership: Support the Global Financial Shared Services (GFSS) site leader in implementing and maintaining best practices for financial processes and systems.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the R2R process. Implement changes to enhance accuracy and productivity.

- Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of financial transactions and processes. Ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.

- Support and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to address queries and provide necessary information.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in RTR (Record to Report) and statutory audits.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes.

- Knowledge: Experience with GFSS processes and site leadership is a plus.

-Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Tools: Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
