Analyst - Real Estate Private Equity - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Our client is an integrated real estate private equity investor and developer looking to hire an Analyst to join their investments / strategy team.

Job Description:

- Focus on deal execution, working directly with the partners on performing detailed assessment of investment opportunities and transaction management

- Conduct commercial due diligence and coordinate technical and legal due diligence with external providers

- Assist in the execution of transactions such as interaction with vendors, drafting of offers and contract negotiations

- Interact with colleagues to understand an asset's business plan, strategize financing objectives and fulfil lender diligence requests

- Develop detailed financial models to evaluate financial merits of transactions

- Draft presentations for our investors and external stakeholders

- Take ownership and working highly independently on various projects

Qualifications:

- PGDM from a TOP TIER B-School

- Working experience in high performance environments such as investment banking, consulting and/or private equity

- Ideally a background in and passion for real estate investing and development

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and detail-oriented mindset

- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and financial modelling in Excel
