Analyst - Real Estate Investment (1-6 yrs)
Our client is in search of an Investment Real Estate Analyst. They are a fund, asset management and development management company operating in multiple real estate verticals /sub-sectors.
Key Roles/Responsibilities :
- Developing financial models so as to enable the Investment team to assess investment transactions
- Collating and evaluating industry comparable, market intelligence, key demand factors in macro /micro market analysis
- Preparing Investment Committee presentation and Notes (Must be good in Excel, Power point and Word)
- Coordinating and complying pre-disbursement and post documentation checklist
- Evaluating various deals from credit and risk perspective and deep understanding of markets
Essential Qualifications :
- CA/ MBA (Tier I / II Institutes)/CFA
Essential Skills & Experience :
- 1-4 years (preferably in any IPCs/HFCs, NBFCs or Banks in real estate vertical / Consulting firms - Real Estate Segment) with some exposure to real estate
- Should be proficient in preparation of pitch book and information memorandum preparation
