- NBFC seeks to hire an Analyst for its Real Estate Credit team in Chennai.

1. Functional Designation Analyst

2. Business Unit - Real Estate Credit

3. No. of Vacancies - 1

4. Locations - Chennai

5. Reporting to Vice President RE Credit (Regional)

6. Compensation Range : 15-17 lacs

7. Growth Path Analyst - Associate - Senior Associate - Vice President

8. Job Summary : Supporting a highly capable and enthusiastic team to deploy big ticket, high yield, customized financing solutions by evaluating deals, conducting deep analysis, preparing financial models, presentations, documents etc.

9. Detailed Responsibilities :

- Conducting market, financial, technical and legal analysis for deals

- Assessing and evaluating the business potential and debt servicing capacity of clients

- Preparing credit committee presentations, financial models and documents

- Reviewing the due diligence reports of reputed 3rd party consultants in detail and undertake risk assessment

- Legal documentation and execution

- Regular monitoring of asset post disbursement

10. Qualification :

- MBA from a tier 1 institute

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience

11. Experience : Prior experience building financial models, conducting analysis and presenting the same

12. Desired skills and competencies :

- Should be able to work in unstructured situations

- Should be a self-starter and motivated enough to grasp deals quickly

- Highly skilled in presentations, report writing, financial modeling and research

- Should be extremely inquisitive, analytical and hard working

- Focused and diligent
