Client - Global Investment Bank Level - Analyst We are currently looking to fill 2 Analyst level role for a Global Bank's Quant Desk ( Equities & Credit Desk ), specifically looking for candidates with a B.Tech & an MBA in Finance ( Tier 1 Target schools only ). The applicant MUST have strong background / experience in coding ( any language - Java & Python is preferred ). The role sits within the Securities Division that works with equity and credit sales and trading to come up with trade recommendations for clients. The team in Bangalore will work closely with the global team and internal/external stakeholders. Specific responsibilities would include: - Build company financial models with detailed capital structure and covenant analysis - Create company write-ups including industry specific details - Suggest trade opportunities across HY, IG bonds and equities - Build and maintain databases, calendars of events - Automate some of the workflow maintaining/updating data, generation of some reports Qualifications & Skills: - Understanding of corporate finance and accounting - Programming skills - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills and team orientation
