Analyst - Private Equity - BFS (4-9 yrs)
JOB DETAILS :
We are working with one of the most active PE firms in India, investing across a range of situations and sectors. The firm has a strong record in investments globally including buyouts, growth capital and distressed opportunities. They are looking for someone to join their deal origination team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assess the market and find target companies across various industries and geographies
- Undertake financial analysis on a number of high-growth businesses
- Identify businesses which meet the investment criteria and build relationships with them
- Build a network of contacts in the Indian markets and increase deal generation
SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- MBA/CFA/CA
- An affinity to, or experience in deal origination is essential - you will be hard working and have fantastic attention to detail
- 4+ years experience within Investment Banking or private equity
- Excellent interpersonal qualities and gravitas
- Candidates with some degree of origination experience in Investment Banking are preferred
