Analyst - Policy & Government Affairs

Key Responsibilities :

- Track and monitor all U.S. state and local policy and regulatory activity relevant to the successful implementation of Enphase's products and services including but not limited to markets for grid services and microgrids

- Provide subject matter expertise as a member of a number of cross-functional teams to inform product development, marketing, business development, sales, and investor relations

- Track and monitor government funding and procurement opportunities for storage, grid services and microgrids and work on cross-functional team to inform the development of RFP proposals for product demonstration, commercialization and procurement

- Provide analysis and recommendations to help inform business decisions related to product development, market participation and competitive strategy

Skills, Knowledges, Special Attributes :

- Understanding of policy and regulatory drivers for distributed energy resources (DERs) including incentives, interconnection tariffs, rates, and procurement programs

Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively by distilling complex issues into clear succinct policy and regulatory recommendations

- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a challenging fast-paced environment

- Strong people management skills and experience working on cross-functional teams as a leading contributor on policy and regulatory issues

- Self-starter with proven ability to manage and lead initiatives across cross-functional teams
