Analyst/Manager - Payer & Market Access - Healthcare

- Good working knowledge of Managed Markets (e.g. flow of product and dollars across the distribution chain, government pricing regulations, typical contracting terms and approaches) as well as key healthcare related datasets (e.g. IQVIA, SHA, FIA, Fingertip)

- Build complex models that integrate inputs from multiple data sources to enable robust scenario planning

- Provides market insights across all therapeutic areas by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Market Access (Payer, IDN, Trade) landscape, healthcare reform, claims data and managed care data

- Conducts analytics and variance analysis in Market Access space (e.g., market share vs. relative access, access-driven over-/underperformance, net sales impacts of contracts (gross-to-net, etc.)

- Identifies market access trends / shifts, develops perspectives on payer behaviors, and analyzes prescriber plans, preferred positioning, and market share and net sales

- Coordinates with Market Access and Account teams

- Develop models and analytics to support all phases of contracting, including POCs and performance-monitoring, understanding co-pay model and spill over analysis

- Monitor competitive product landscape and trends related to payer reimbursement, and resolve implications to clients product portfolio

- Analyze and report on pull through strategies to measure effectiveness and lift of contracts
