Analyst/Manager - Operations/Tax - PE Fund (2-8 yrs)
Our client is a leading PE fund is looking for Operations & Tax Manager/ Analyst in the CFO's office.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing expense tracker for the Indian entity
- End to end supporting the day-to-day operational work
- Reviewing the admin work and compliances for India office
- Ensuring Compliance with local rules and procedures for the Investment Management Company and associated Funds.
- Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation
- Budgeting and forecasting for future expansion and growth.
- Process of PAN, TAN, TDS return and GST Returns
- Participate in the preparation and timely filing of all tax and regulatory returns for - India, and UAE
- Preparation of capital calls for investments, Fund closings and management fees
Ideal candidate:
1. 4-6 years of relevant experience with experience in private equity funds
2. CA /CPA preferred
3. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and other office products
4. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Location: Bangalore (preferred)
CTC: ~25 lacs (depending upon current CTC and experience)
