Analyst/ Manager - Investment - Private Equity Firm

Our client is a global private equity firm and is looking for an investment analyst/ manager in the finance team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the activities of investment structuring and business services in India

2. End-to-end fund management activities for funds based both in India and overseas

2. Setting up and administration of new and existing fund vehicles

3. Preparation of client statements, financials

4. Responding to investor queries and maintaining investor relations

4. Maintenance of books and records including bank reconciliations

5. Preparation and filling of statutory statements including tax and regulatory fillings (eg: SEBI compliances)

6. Preparation of management accounts including budgets and other statements

Ideal candidate:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant

2. Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

3. Confident, proven ability to multi-task, highly enthusiastic

4. Highly keen to work in the private equity space

5. A stint at Big 4 will be preferred

Location: Mumbai (hybrid working)

CTC: Upto 20 lacs (Fixed)+ Variable (as per PE industry) [depending on Current CTC and experience]
