Analyst/Manager - Investment Admin - Private Equity Firm - CA (2-5 yrs)
Our client is a global private equity firm and is looking for an analyst/ manager in the CFO's office.
Key responsibilities:
1. Complete management of financial and accounting requirements for funds
2. End-to-end fund management activities including, fund management, fund admin, NAV reporting, preparation of capital calls
2. Setting up and administration of new and existing fund vehicles
3. Preparation of client statements, financials
4. Responding to investor queries and maintaining investor relations
4. Maintenance of books and records including bank reconciliations
5. Preparation and filling of statutory statements including tax and regulatory fillings (eg: SEBI compliances)
6. Preparation of management accounts including budgets and other statements
Ideal candidate:
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory)
2. Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
3. Highly keen to work in the private equity space
4. Confident, proven ability to multi-task, highly enthusiastic
5. A stint at Big 4 will be preferred
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Upto 20 lacs (Fixed)+ Variable (as per PE industry) [depending on Current CTC and experience]
