Job Title: FP&A Analyst / Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Overview

The FP&A professional will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. This individual will be responsible for creating budgets, forecasts, financial models, and providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance and support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Budgeting

- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis with actionable recommendations.

Forecasting & Reporting

- Prepare rolling forecasts to reflect current business dynamics.

- Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and risks.

Data Analysis & Insights

- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential cost-saving initiatives.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Strategic Support

- Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives.

- Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis to guide business strategy.

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational activities.

- Communicate financial performance, insights, and strategies to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Systems & Process Improvement

- Implement and optimize financial planning systems and tools to enhance efficiency.

- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.

Qualification:

- CA Qualified

Experience preferred: 3-5 Years
