Analyst/Manager - Credit Operations - Fintech (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Will support in establishing credit risk management functions with credit, risk, operations, collections and compliance.
- Will undertake day to day operational and credit risk management tasks.
- Support implementation of digital underwriting processes. Build comprehensive reporting metrics for management.
- Support tech partner integrations like credit bureaus, digital kyc vendors, credit assessment partners.
- Track and enable delinquency and collections management processes.
- Collaborate with Analytics team on Credit model development & validation
- Master's degree in finance, economics or accounting from Tier 1 colleges or CA
- Should have understanding of credit scoring and portfolio management techniques, strategies, and credit risk management principles.
- Worked in lending Start-ups or Fintech or Neo bank with strong analytical, numerical, research and problem solving skills
