Analyst - Machine Learning

Required Skills : 

- Python development with rich experience of using Machine Learning techniques, Regular Expression, Natural Language Processing etc.

- Experience with python framework

- Experience with JavaScript or C# would be a plus.

- Experience leading a technical team.

- Should have excellent written / spoken communication skills and collaboration skills to participate & shape the architecture and detailed designs of the systems.

- Expertise in software engineering best practices for the entire SDLC.

- Strong Database experience with MySQL

- Analytically agile with problem solving capabilities

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Willing to stretch for process requirements/meeting the project deliverables.

Job Responsibilities : 

- Lead the team of developers developing artificially intelligent bot built using ML and Deep Learning techniques.

- Design and create services and system architecture for your projects, and contribute and provide feedback to other team members

- Help improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products

- Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution

- Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on Schedule.

- Continuously innovate through frequent product iterations (Agile/Scrum setup).

- Provide technical leadership to your SCRUM team by giving guidance on designs and coding

- Recruit, hire and mentor the engineers for your team.
