Analyst - Loan Syndication & CAPEX Finance

- Loan & Credit Support - Assist in loan draw processes, syndication, and disbursement by coordinating with banks, legal teams, and consultants

- Financial Analysis - Support CAPEX budgeting, expenditure forecasting, and variance analysis for renewable energy projects

- Credit & Risk Assessment - Work with senior analysts to review financial models, deal agreements, and loan structures

- Cash Flow & Portfolio Analysis - Help in cash flow forecasting, valuation inputs, and NAV reporting

- Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams, lenders, and external advisors on financing-related tasks

Who You Are:

- MBA/Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in Project Finance, Credit Analysis, Loan Management, or FP&A

- Basic understanding of financial modeling, credit underwriting, and loan structuring

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills - ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Renewable Energy finance (preferred but not required)

- Exposure to Power BI, ERP systems, or financial automation tools

- Prior internship or experience in loan syndication, credit evaluation, or project finance
