Senior Analyst/Lead - Legal Entity Control - Investment Management Firm

- We are looking for Chartered Accountants who have completed their CA with 3-6 years of exp and have atleast 2 years of experience working in a BIG 4 firm either as part of the Articleship or working experience in Statutory Audit or accounting or reporting roles.

Experience :

- Articleship/Working exp in BIG 4 of atleast 2 years

- Any exp in Accounting/Auditing/reporting is fine to consider

Education : CA

Responsibilities :

- Prepare and file U.S. GAAP based financial statements

- Maintain the books and records

- Review Financial information to be included in various regulatory reports

- Perform technical accounting analysis with respect to mergers and acquisitions, structured debt, leases etc.

- Liaise with U.S. based asset managers, treasury and tax teams

- Prepare various management and investor reports

- Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of external audits.
