Key Responsibilities -

List major responsibilities, that you have to achieve the key objectives

- Accurate and timely generation of periodic MIS for management reporting, including preparation of relevant dashboards for performance analysis

- Independently handle data collation and quality check

- Manage, prepare, administer, and direct the control of budget.

- Monitor adherence to approved budgets

- Analysis of different data / market research based on the company's requirement

- Develop and analyze key business drivers and provide insights into the business

- Experience of building ground up commercial models (preferred)

- Continual improvement of systems, processes, and reporting

- Tracking of key deliverable and dates for each asset and project

- Ensure smooth day to day functioning of CLP (leasing software module) - single point of contact with various stakeholders such as Yardi, Leasing Managers other departments

- Vigilance on leasing activity carried out through CLP and flag any deviation observed from SOP

- Responsible to closely track and follow-up with Leasing Managers/Mall Finance/IPCs and brokers to ensure timely payment of brokerages, biweekly update on brokerage payment status

- On- boarding new IPCs/brokers - ensuring proper execution of engagement letters with supporting documents

- Active engagement in stabilizing leasing processes for mall(s) acquired in the future

- Liaising with retailers and with various internal stakeholders like Design & Fit-out team, Legal, Marketing, Operations and Finance

- Co-ordinate for development of leasing layouts, updating various leasing related presentations etc.
