Experience: - 4 to 10 years’ experience

Responsibilities:

- Executing outsourced contract management for clients.

- Review of contracts and capturing of data as per client requirements and specifications.

- Establish contract management processes for deals of high revenue.

- Manage the contract on a daily basis, vetting of contracts, drafting of contracts.

- Ensure the engagement's deliverable tracking process/system complies with the contract. Identify non-compliance issues and support their resolution.

- Software license agreement.

- Contract negotiation.

- Contract abstraction.

- Identify non-compliance issues and support their resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Performing research on contractual terms and conditions or other regulations;

- Participation in implementing the new client engagements

- Responsible for ensuring that where Contract Management is deployed, contract compliance is maintained and issues resolved. If the contract is not complied with or issues are not resolved they must be promptly escalated to their Contract Management line manager

- Responsible for tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, maintaining associated documentation, and other duties as may be assigned

- enable the administration of government, international, and commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.

Qualifications:-

- Education: Any Graduates preferably BA - LLB, LLM.

- Good language skills (required to understand contractual terms & interact with the client)
