Analyst - Investor Services - Investment Banking

Qualification:

Graduate/PostGraduate from Tier I Institute with min 5 years' experience in investment management/investor servicing or MBA from Tier II Institute with a minimum of 3 years' experience in investment management/investor servicing

Position overview:

1. Perform day-to-day operational tasks related to Investor Servicing. This includes handling Investor requests, Investor report/document generation and distribution, and CRM & Investor Portal maintenance.

2. Perform tasks as an active part of the Investor Services Operating Model Redesign. This entails supporting, participating in, and driving process, technology, and data improvements.

The expectation is that the person will be flexible, analytical, and will play a dynamic role as the department evolves and matures over time.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Manage a queue of investor inquiries and resulting workflow - ensure appropriate tagging, routing, and reporting;

- Respond to investor inquiries following defined guidelines;

- Work with Accounting, Tax, and other departments to create/merge fund- or investor-specific reports;

- Work with internal and external teams to manage investor portal. Load reports to the portal and manage investor access;

- Maintain data in CRM in support of Investor Onboarding and Reporting needs;

- Assist in data clean-up in CRM;

- Assist in creating reports and managing workflow to ensure data cleanliness;

Participate in various initiatives as a part of the Operating Model Redesign. This entails system testing (e.g., CRM, Investor Portal, Custom Applications), workflow definition, internal and external reporting, running control reports, and resolving or managing the resolutions of the exceptions;
