Analyst - Healthcare Sector (Bulge Bracket) Looking to hire Analyst for a well known Investment Banking firm - Healthcare Sector in Mumbai Profile Requirement : - 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking - Working on M&amp;A, PE end to end transactions - End to End Execution, Financial Modelling, Market Research - Experience of concepts in private equity and/or mergers and acquisitions domain - Marketing: Preparing pitch-books, market and industry landscapes, financial modeling, analysis and valuations - Execution: Due diligence, Info Memo, Investor/Board Presentation, valuation (DCF, relative) - Must have mid-market to large size ($50mn-80mn) transaction experience in sector agnostic / Healthcare sector preferable - Candidate must have a deep understanding and strong execution skills - Candidate must have 1-2 years of sell side execution experience Qualification : MBA from top-tier institute - IIM A/B/C
