Analyst - Investment Banking

- A foreign investment banking company, one of the largest renewable energy financial advisory teams is looking for 2 pre MBA analysts to start it's operations in India.

- The candidates will be based in either Bangalore or Mumbai and will have to manage complex financial models, analysis, tax equity financing, due diligence etc. 

- Looking for atleast 2 yrs experience in strategic business consulting, valuation or investment banking experience and ideally should know renewable energy industry.

- As an Analyst, this candidate will work directly with mid to senior-level management and report to a Senior Associate or VP on typical deal teams as assigned. 

- The Analyst will take the lead on assigned modeling, presentations and other deliverables as needed Other responsibilities will include participation in financial and business due diligence, pre-engagement planning and execution, and support the team with final deliverable development
