Analyst - Investment Banking (1-3 yrs)
- Preparing marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments. The marketing material includes detailed financial model, confidential information memorandum, short teaser and management presentation besides some client and buyer specific documents.
- Identifying potential acquirers
- Conducting industry and company-specific research
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all presentation materials
- Supporting the due diligence process
- Interacting with client's team on a regular basis while working on marketing documents and generally in the course of the transaction and keep the team updated at all points in time
- Attending client meetings as advised for participation by Transaction lead.
- Supporting the marketing activities of the firm as they relate to an industry or engagement
- Take notes in the meetings to enable senior bankers to do free flow conversations, update the senior bankers with the meeting notes.
