Position: Analyst (Investment Banking) Profile: Assist in the execution of Investment Banking &amp; Strategy Consulting assignments, covering the following: - Mergers &amp; Acquisitions - Equity (PE/VC) transactions - Corporate Strategy - Organization Development Strategy - Structured finance transactions - Joint Ventures / Strategic Alliances - Transaction Support including preparation of Information Memoranda, Financial Modeling, Business Plans, Due Diligences, etc. - Supporting in Business Development initiatives Location: New Delhi Probation period: there will be an initial probation period of 4-6 months wherein a basic stipend shall be offered. On successful completion of the probation period, the candidate(s) will be confirmed as a full-time employee within the organization based on their performance evaluation.
