Analyst - IB Strategy - Investment Bank

We are looking for an Analyst - IB Strategy for a role with a leading Investment Banking Firm.

Responsibilities:

- Support management / businesses on strategic projects and initiatives, long term business growth and overall positioning of the franchise.

- Work closely with Strategy team members, as well as business CAOs, Finance, HR and other functional teams in different regions; working independently or with the support of other team members.

Role provides wide exposure into investment banking industry across traditional banking (ECM Cash, DCM Cash, M&A, ALF) and non-traditional banking (RSG, SSG, ISG, Equity Solutions), with secondary exposure to other wholesale businesses, such as Fixed Income and Equities

Requirement:

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a strategy role, in a consulting firm or a strategy/business planning unit of a financial institution. Strong analytical skills and excel skills.

- Interest in wider investment banking / capital markets industry, including key trends and market dynamics, such as market structure, fintech, regulations
