Analyst - Human Resource - BPO/ITeS (3-5 yrs)

Experience :
- 3-4 years of strong data management and analysis (exposure to fact finding, and MIs) with strong MS Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint) skills. Prior experience in Compensation and Benefits will be an added advantage
JD :
- Maintain up-to-date employee databases (including SAP) to be referred to as part of key compensation activities.
- Prepare fitments for all joiners as well as internally promoted employees and obtain necessary sign offs. HR and SMT hiring process post selection (end to end) of candidate
- Manage workday requisitons, tracking and approvals to ensure no leakages / overhires
- Skill-based Data management and tracking of queues, skills, technologies
- Supporting in Performance Management Cycle, creating executive dashboards
- Provide support to the Compensation Team in various activities related to Annual Variable Pay & Annual Increment.
- Participate in market surveys related to compensation & benefits
- TAT adherence and accurate roll out of the IJP fitments
- Ensure payroll inputs are captured and updated accurately for processing
- Assist with necessary estimations and provisions as may be required from time to time
- Management of incentive programs and due diligence from C&B perspective.
- Knowledge of dashboarding tools like TABLEAU, Power BI, etc. preferred
- Knowledge of SAP (HR & Payroll Modules) will be good to have
- Good verbal & written communication skills including ability to put forth new ideas at all levels
- Demonstrate process improvements to date within similar environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products; ideally an advanced user of Excel; intermediate knowledge of Access (including knowledge and experience of using Visual Basic).

- Timely support to recruitment and business on new hire fitments
- Management of payroll inputs including additional payments
- TAT adherence and accurate roll out of the IJP fitments
- Timely project delivery, documentation and adequate status reporting across all key areas (scope, timelines, costs, issues, quality)
- Process improvements and reduction in response/ delivery time of reporting
