RESPONSIBILITIES : - Creating and maintaining reporting standards for deliverable (reports, dashboards, etc.) - Conducting report clean-ups. - Supporting on ad-hoc basis reporting globally for various domains (Talent, C&B, etc.) - Conducting Independently the most complex analysis requiring a deep understanding of performance variables, data management, measurement and/or analytics, data design principles, concept, and practices - Being able to report and tracking on Talent Management activities, highlighting talent readiness and escalating any concerns as and when required to the business - Building standardized dashboards and reports to meet business requirements while maintaining a focus on efficiency and repeatability across Functions/BUs. - Visualizing and reporting data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that appropriately provides insights to the organization. - Implementing knowledge of analytics, statistics and modelling techniques to develop and improve intricate analytical solutions - Working with HR Leadership to execute projects to mature analytical capabilities. REQUIREMENTS : - 2+ years experience with analysing data utilizing industry techniques and practices (filtering, classification) and analytics functions (over, median, rank). - Advanced MS Excel skills, macros is a must. - Capable of presenting outcomes of analytic models and Iterations - Strong presentation and data visualization skills - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and VBA programming; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access and PowerPoint. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. - Ability to complete tasks and projects on time in a fast paced environment. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals, both internal and external at a variety of levels in the organization. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong business acumen - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively WHAT IS IN STORE FOR YOU? - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations of the company. - Liaise extensively with stakeholders - An opportunity to work with a bluechip firm in a high visibility role as a part of the leadership team.
