Analyst - Global Human Capital (3-6 yrs)

- This individual is responsible for collection, analysis, reporting and maintenance of employee engagement related data, using a suite of proprietary Human Capital systems and surveys, as well as SaaS (software as a service) tools to which the company subscribes. Under general supervision, they will play an important role in the team that is responsible for the annual worldwide employee survey, monthly case team survey, Upward Feedback and business school survey.

Responsibilities & Duties :

- Provide support for suite of proprietary and SaaS Human Capital surveys such as Case Team Survey, upward feedback, business school survey, and Worldwide Employee Survey

- Execute zero-defect analysis of Human Capital data and develop presentations to communicate findings on Human Capital metrics, trends and variances

- Monitor and audit Human Capital data to ensure integrity and security

- Support local office inquiries and provide assistance as needed

- Work collaboratively as member of the Global Human Capital team

- Work with the Human Capital Systems team (as needed) on addressing systems issues, system upgrades and enhancements.

- Demonstrate effective and creative approaches to data gathering in order to complete value-added analyses

- Develop custom and standard analysis for global and local HR offices

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes and analysis

- Perform other duties and projects as assigned or as responsibilities dictate

Requirements-

- Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required

- Minimum of three-years experience in a business environment preferred

- Strong analytic capabilities

- Demonstrated ability to use data to generate insights

- Ability to synthesize analysis, recommend actions and prioritize next steps

- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and take initiative on projects/responsibilities

- Strong knowledge of Excel required (for example Pivot Tables, models and macros); proficient in Powerpoint

- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

- Strong process skills of follow up and follow through

- Commitment to continuous improvement

- Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential information

- Ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various global teams.

- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism

- Flexible schedule to attend evening calls with global team, as needed
