RESPONSIBILITIES - Preparation and review of Form 5500EZ and 5500SF filing for Owner only and 401k Plans. - 5500 filings and compliance testing data requirements. - Regulatory compliance on Form 5500 for defined contributions, benefits and health plans. - Testing of Retirement plans as per IRS standards. - Valuation of assets, reconciliation of financial statement, bank reconciliation, contribution calculations, testing of the retirement plans, filing of Form-5500 to IRS, preparing of annual reports of retirement plans of US. - Actual deferral (ADP) and contribution percentage (ACP) testing under IRC Sections 401(k) and 401(m). REQUIREMENTS - 2-5 years of experience in the industry - Prior experience of Compliance Testing and Reporting would be preferred. - Good communication and presentation skills - Ownership and Accountability.
