Analyst - Fixed Income - Electronic Trading Service (1-3 yrs)
Description :
- Partner with sales and trading to grant and re-configure client access on dealer to client electronic trading platforms.
- Liaising with technology and operations departments to manage and resolve electronic trading issues.
- Partner with product managers, sales, trading and technology to assist in the delivery of electronic trading product enhancements.
- Use of internal and external reporting tools to provide transparency to sales and trading of electronic trading performance, market share and profitability.
- Provide support for regulatory related control functions (trade reporting / monitoring).
Key objectives critical to success :
- Ensuring that Nomura's clients are granted electronic trading access in accordance with agreed procedures, policies and regulations.
- Implementing/redefining processes and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
- Partner with product managers, sales, trading and technology to assist in the delivery of electronic trading product enhancements.
- Oversight of trade reporting responsibilities
- Minimum 1/3 years of experience working within markets.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg operations.
- Excellent team work and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interact with all levels of individuals in the business
- Advanced excel skills are advantageous.
- Clear understanding of electronic trading platforms and protocols and vendor platforms is advantageous.
