Role will be inclusive of but not restricted to - Carry out qualitative and quantitative research on sector, company - Create pitch books, investment documents, teasers and proposals - Prepare Information memorandums, business and financial models - Conduct market assessment, business plan review etc as per the needs - Prepare presentations, Reports - MBA with 2 plus years or Engineer from reputed institute with 3 plus years experience in handling similar role with Investment Bank, PE, Large Indian Group can fit. You may also come from consulting company having transaction advisory practice will fit the role. - Though experience in Metals, Mining sector is valued, more emphasis is on strong financial modelling
