- Financial and Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS): FAAS team helps in determining, monitoring and disclosing financial and non-financial insights for your stakeholders. FAAS addresses the CFO's agenda and provides CFOs, controllers, treasurers and review committees with insight and services to support compliance with evolving financial requirements and help provide transparency and trust in reporting to support better decision-making. We also help to support finance functions with robust financial data analytics and innovation through our tools.

- Our services cover a wide range of accounting and reporting, transaction accounting, treasury, and corporate governance services that can make clients business meet changing market conditions, demands for greater transparency and changing regulatory requirements.

- Key Skillsets to assess professionals

- Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant/CPA

- Experience: - 3-6 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Domain

- Banking / Asset Management/NBFC/Fintech - Financial Services domain knowledge

- Deep technical understanding of IFRS, IND AS, IGAAP, US GAAP and RBI requirements

- Strong knowledge on technical accounting issues like Hedge Accounting, IFRS 9,

- Expected Credit Loss etc. under IFRS and USGAAP

- Legal entity control/ statutory reporting/corporate reporting of financial services entities

- Experience of audit of banks/NBFC with focus on SOX and internal controls

- Financial statement close process

- Preparation for IPO including listing rules in India/UK/US Developing and delivering technical training

- Good understanding of finance systems architecture as finance user or business analyst

- Transaction accounting and post-merger integration experience

- Emerging technology skills will be preferred but not mandatory.

- Data visualisation and Business intelligence - Microsoft Power BI, Python, R, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Spotfire, Alteryx, SQL, etc.

- Knowledge of working as user in Oracle, HFM, SAP S/4HANA, Workiva, Blackline, Core banking solutions - (Finacle), SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Murex, Calypso, Axiom, Reval etc
